Important Announcment About GHM.

I researched Guitar Hero Metalica and found what I was looking for.

ITS NOT WORTH BUYING. It has Purple Frets. or in other words for the many people who arnt inteligent when it comes to Guitar Hero , Tap Notes.

Notes that dont involve struming. not hammer ons. Tap Notes. Like in Guitar Hero World Tour. when you play hot for teacher the begining notes , the solo , is Tap notes. you dont have to strum to hit them.

or to summerize all that up notes that were meant for the slide bar.

I have Proof of this. I'm sry to say this for all of us GH3 Lovers here but they took down 1 of the songs we loved most from GH3. ONE
same notes yes i know that. Skip to the Solo in the song.(5:39) Theres Your Proof!

They make the songs a lot easier. You could just button-mash and get through it if needed.

In my opinion, this is another sad attempt by Nintendo to make their games more "child-friendly". They do this a lot with series, and they get more money from it, but it pisses off the older audiences.

this is no laughing matter. this is Bullshit! Those notes ruin the Guitar Hero Experiance. not enhance it. like Grim said they make it less challenging. If im gonna play a challenging guitar hero i might as well play guitar hero 3. which i do but GHM sounds cool. however putting in purple notes ruins it for a Metalica Fan like me.

Actually i think its alot harder when i play it cause im not use to plaing them! But yeah i do hate them!

Thats the problem tho. no offense to any1 who doesnt play as well as most of us but The Tap notes dont make the game a challenge. for people with not alot of guitar hero experiance maybe but not for us.

Oh well I was hoping to get this game but since you spilled the beans on that I'll just save up on GHWT

did u know tehres gonna be a total of 21 single band guitar heros

dont b so stuck on gh3 man, if u live in the past, there can never b a future. Change can b good but even a good change will suck if u dont embrace it. if u write off things w/o tryin em u may miss a lot of things u would have loved.

They also put a new difficulty in "Beginner" LMAO you just play tap notes!!! It is so stupid!

wait a minute! dude even gh3 u can hit the notes with out strumming be cuz the notes are everywhere! the notes have to be glowing. in gh metillca u dont have to do the notes with out strumming. if u want u can do it strumming. i dont see wats wrong with that game

LOL I KNOW! It's not even beginner, it's too easy for a beginner. New people to the game even find it easy.

And Nintendo as nerfed a lot of games...they try to gear games towards younger audiences by making them easier. :silent:

I have seen many people play. I've seen some play easy bass on rock band, while the three other performers played flawlessly to support them. Star power was used to keep them from failing, and they still failed 3 times. Some people DO need these settings.

Personally, I find this completely unimportant. Even looking at it from the other side though, in my opinion, it does not constitute a "DO NOT BUY" at all. When you rent it, play it, then decide that you hate it, then slap a DO NOT BUY on it, but if you haven't even tried it yet, just try it, or leave it be.

Activision, Red Octane, Neversoft and Budcat...............if u got a prob w the new GH u gotta blame it on those 4, stop puttin it all on Nintendos back when they have nuthin 2 do w it xP

its gay. its like WT its sux ass because its not challenging whatso ever. They made it easy for people to get good at expert playing by putting in glowing notes that when u get to them u take ur hand off the strum bar and press the frets. Your a F%@# Noob if u enjoy that.
and dont say shit about GH3. so far its done a better job then GHWT. GHWT's creation only screwed it up for GHM. and u dont hav to play it first and then judge it. if u own WT and know what its like. u can easily Jugde GHM because it has the same feature.

Slide bar users should be ashamed if they think this enhances the fun and skill in GH. I despise these people. Especialy because Metalica is 1 of my Top Favorite Bands. I've liked them for years. and they come out with a GH game for them and put in something i hate most from the lousy excuse of a game GHWT is and It stops me dead in my tracks.

I feel stupid. That is THE point.

It's still being pretty badly nerfed though, by the looks of it.
