I see, but I am coming to an understanding that you are passionate about this competition yourself. Just be careful about posting those one liners because they don't really contribute to the discussion nor are they very interesting to read; people who jump into the conversation without reading the previous posts will also be lost in what you are saying, furthermore they give our website bad ratings because those one liners are considered spam.

You can be concise, but not to the point where we have to finish your sentences and thoughts. It's good to follow this basic rule, make sure you answer in complete sentences that is comprised of an entire thought and makes that thought complete. That way your posts will make sense when they are read by themselves.

Can we please stop this argument? Post for whatever reason you want. If you post simply for the sake of winning, that's good for you; it's probably a good idea, and there's nothing I can do about it... well, besides deleting your posts if they are spam, lol

But come on guys posting is posting I just wanted to see if incentive would spark some activity around here.

I'm thinking that next month will be a recruiting contest... just a thought

i agree bomb. "posting is posting". funk is trying to win the competition so who cares if he posts in every damn topic. there is no reason to get pist off bout it when they just post to post. i post to be active so no one should rly get pist off for that.

im starting to think theres more to this competition than just to make the clan more active (D)

Pika. I think a recruiting competition might be a good idea. We might get more ppl to join who have Xbox and Wii and play each system, As well as find ppl who will enjoy being in a clan to have fun with online play

And besides. we need more members to make the forums more active
And think about it. recruiting is a great way to meet new people who enjoy the games we play and to make new online friends :D

Recruiting is a lot harder than making a simple post, also if we were to get trolls then that's where the Admins and mods come in.

OK, I think there's an issue with the weekly top posters... it doesn't seem correct to me. I suspect that it is the top posters of the past 24 hours, not the week... or idk, something like that... so instead, I'm going to offer WD prizes to ALL of the top 10 posters of the MONTH! :D

I'm telling you there's no tricks, I just thought it would be a good idea to do a posting competition because it always worked in my old runescape clan.

Yeah. It's been around for years. And I mean MANY years. You used to be able to search "runescape clan" and it would be the first one to come up.

I'm still a part of it, and I used to be an admin, but I stepped down cuz I quit playing runescape, lol.
