About the posting competition

Hey guys. I've noticed that most of us are like creating conversations within posts.

I admit I am part of it, But after you read this I will have changed my ways

Like for example BA posts then Grim posts and BA posts again right after grim and so forth...

Don't you think we should let other ppl have a chance to post too? I mean they are part of the clan and they know about the competition and I just think we all. including me, need to slow down and give others time to post on a topic aswell. before goin' and posting after ever time someone posts..

Like I said. I am guilty of this predicament and I've been posting right after someone posts. me, BA and Pika are the main ones lol Its like the forums are our chatbox LMAO XD

well if there r ppl who r online on the site then sure but if lets say u and me were the ones online then im not rly sure lol.

Well, Update: Atleast U know in the morning if there are only 2-3 ppl on maybe so..

But in the afternoon if the forums are pretty active. we should slow down a bit

That won't be necessary, people have came and have chose not to post, it has nothing to do with the speed at which we post, we're not online long enough for members to really be flushed out of a conversation and our frequency from one post to another hasn't been that fast nor constant, I think you mean that we should watch out for falling off topic in a discussion, which means you shouldn't be posting for the sake of posting in the first place.

And what's the problem with having a conversation on the forums? Last time I checked, that's what forums are for

I know what you're trying to say... let's refrain from conversations like:

"hey!" "hey, how are you?" "good, how are you?" you know, stuff like that that belongs in a instant message conversation. I mean, if you know how the forums work, which most of us do, it's common sense to not make posts like that.

Ah I see. lol. I understand. Well it is a competition anyway. So that's exactly what we're looking for. So anyway we can we gotta take some MINOR chances... lol and I don't mean spam the forums either. you'd get your butt kicked outta here faster than you can say WOA one hundred times quickly

This is good that you brought this up to our attention but also i like to say that posting just to increase post count is counted as spamming.

If you really want to know, the idea behind it is that if you get incentive to post a lot, then you will make a habit of it... and according the graph on the statistics page, our post count per month had been dropping steadily... and currently, the trend is projected to stop (unless we stopped posting for like 20 straight days), so I consider the competition successful.

um i rly dont think so... cuz if u post in topics that is related to the topic.. then its not rly considered spamming. thats just me. and dude some ppl do post to gain post count for reasons.
1. to get to the top posters
2. to gain WDs
nao if they started making retarted posts that would be spamming for post count...

@pika u prolly dont notice but some ppl do it to raise post count lol.
sometimes, i do it to gain but also to be active.
