WOA Calendar...PRE-PLANNED MONTHLY EVENTS!

We are officially starting off the WOA calendar and i have a bunch of pwnsome events that ive been planning on it 4 u all!
we will have these same preplanned events EVERY month, for sure, on the same day.

If u read a combination of the threads that i have linked below, it wil tel you everything u need 2 know about these pre-planned events!
HOWEVER, dont forget that we still can have random events too! When we get challenged for a war, that will be an extra event, that wasnt on the calendar already!

Week 1, Every Month- CLAN MEETINGS
Week 2, Every Month-TOURNEYS (SSBB & CoD)
Week 3, Every Month- ALLY EVENTS (wars, tourneys, meetings and inter clan game-a-thon!
Week 4, Every Month-TOURNEYS (SSBB & MK)

INTER CLAN GAME-A-THONS! (a week 3 event)
Every Monday Night- WII SPEAK COMEDY HOUR!
Every Wednesday Night- MOVIE & VIDEO NIGHT!
WOA Dollar Contests! (ALL WEEK, EVERY WEEK)

all of these events combined make up our new WOA clan calendar, as u can see:

this is under HUGE construction right now...but we ARE about 2 get all this stuff going now that itz summer


every month, i wanna have the following events, once a month 4 all:

brawl tourney
CoD tourney
MK tourney
ACCF Party/ mini game tourney
GH session

clan meeting
ally clan meeting
ally brawl tourney
ally game-a-thon (play all games and hang out)

Youtube movie night
Wii speak comedy hour
clan jam sessions (real instruments)


PLUS there is also random wars that ppl challenge us to and other random events may come along BUT my point is, no matter what happens, i wanna have the events listed above once a piece, EVERY month.

we will need a planned date for each event every month, and a designated leader 4 each category

i am working out the kinks and other details in my head. i will finalize everything soon

til then, as u know, everything, all events listed in tis forum are on hold

WOA Jam Sessions (I'm hosting it anyway, lol)

And the Brawl Tourney, but I'll leave that open to Frost if he wants it, since he did such a pwnsome job with it last time.

I can also handle anything else, but those are just my preferences, lol.

can't really expect people to be like me. what about post-holiday events?

I think this is a great idea so I'm keeping this stickied... I'm un-stickying the rest of the things so this forum isn't so cramped

It is sometimes hard to keep up on tasks, especially if most people don't bother with it.
