So members will be allowed to apply for ranks regardless of the current quantity, or will that play a factor in the vote? Neutral

And also, is this now the ONLY way to rank up? Or can you still earn it the old-fashioned way?

I'm trying to decide what I want to buy in which order, lol...2,000 total, not including ranks if I end up needing to do that...I can post that much. Cool

Well, I guess I'll post my ideas about the rankings system here.

-I think that already-existing mods or admins should start at the appropriate rank. For example, the admins would already have rank 8, mods would have rank 4, and so on. This will make it so that we won't have to work up to mod or anything when we are already one.

-I think that the current quantity SHOULD play a factor in votes, but it wouldn't count against the person's three chances. (There would be an option on the poll for "I think we have enough for the time being" or something like that)
