8 ) Death by cold (Lost Planet)

And Finally
9) Death by Topher Grace (Spider Man 3)

Number 2 could be worse
You could have death by bee, or death by bat in Resident Evil 0
They do a hell of a lot less damage
It was proven that if you die by either of these (if the bee didn't poison you) you should stop playing video games
