I fully agree, I find some of these Forum games to be repetitive and full of fillers. I think that the Forum game section should not count toward anything, not post count, not toward rep, or earning money...unless they win the game. that's not increase activity...that's just inflated activity...which is very unhonest and deceitful.

also I also think the rep system is corrupted and pointless, this only acts as a popularity contest and is easy manipulated. we should be at a forum where we don't have to be afraid of what we say without being crucified... I understand when post is bad, and I don't need a rep system to tell me a post is bad.... there is no need for the rep system in my opinion and people rarely use it. another thing is when WOA dollars are involved, it makes corrupting the system even more tempting for other members...
QFT, all true. The rep system is not being used properly, lol.

But idk how to make it so that forum posting games doesn't count towards post count. :S

Hmm...if it's similar to the setup of InvisionFree, you could ask Odysseus how to do it. I'll try to look at a Forumotion manual in the meantime and see if there's any way to do it.

that may be correct but this is about the problem with spam, I see tons of posts on the Forum Posting Games board, there's just too many games that are a waste of time and serve noting more then to boost post count, they are repetitive and annoying. In order to cut back on the spam games I think that when you post in that board you should get nothing out of it.

also the rep system should be removed, you should read my post above, it gives my reasons...although I know some of us wont bother... Neutral

I agree. Those forum games where you do nothing but post one word serve no purpose. They're not even games, and they require no use of thought processes. The only reason someone would even want to post in them is to raise post count.

That's why in my opinion we should have some slight restrictions on the games that are actually allowed in the forum so that people can get post count from actually making posts, rather than posting random s*** in spam threads constantly.

And I have contacted tech support for Forumotion and there's currently no way to alter the post value for separate forums, so we'll have to use an alternative option, mine being the one in the paragraph above.

yes there is iv done it before. and also ALL ADMIN REPORT TO ADMIN AND MOD LOUNGE TO DISCUSS NEW RULES
