Recipe i made

I made this because we literally had nothing i could just prepare and eat easily.


Cheesy rice with tuna (best served as lunch)

1 box chicken flavored Rice pilaf
1/4 stick Velveeta
3 TBS. 2% milk (aprox.)
2 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
5 oz. meat of your choice (I used Albacore Tuna)
Your favorite hot sauce

Mix box of rice and red pepper in a small casserole. Cook box of rice in microwave following instructions on the box.

7 min before it is done, put a small saucepan on low heat, and just barely coat the bottom with milk. Add Velveeta in small pieces/slices. Stir occasionally until fully melted. Add as much of your hot sauce as you like. Add cheese sauce to rice.

Microwave meat for 30-40 seconds or until hot. Add to rice. Serve and enjoy.

Sort of. I'd (maybe) make it if my house was supplied with the somewhat hard to come by ingredients
I'm sure as hell not going to find some of these ingredients in my house. You'd be amazed at the lack of food in my house.

Just use fruit roll ups instead of the ingredients you can't find
