SoB's mod application

well im gonna apply after the summer cuz of a trip but just to get this over with.

i have been here since lat feb. and always been active as well.
im nice to everyone here and gives them a hug and a smile.
i always treat a guest like they're a member =]
ive been trying to recruit the past few days btw lol.
i have advertised at least once.
i dont lie or play around for serious stuff.
i may be able to help u guys out with sum stuff but maybe not sigs or techi stuff lol
i always understand ppl's feelings
if someone tries to do something that is a threat on purpose is an immediate ban but if they do something a little less harmful i will give them a warning. if they do the same thing again on purpose, is a ban for them.
if i become mod i will not abuse the power against ppl cuz its wrong and unfair. i will use it for responsibility.
ppl make me happy here at WOA and i always like to be happy so ill do them a favor and help make WOA better and the forums clean (not to clean out tho )

extra commecnts: well there may be other things bout me that i may not know but im glad i covered this.

it doesnt matter if im mod or not, i just want to have a shot. so ty guys :D

and btw even if any other clan is better then this one, even if they bribe me, or a threat that forces me to leave the clan.... any of that sh** wont make me. WOA is the best and only clan ill ever be in cuz WOA made me have fun and become happy with the nicest friends i have here :D so WOA FTW!

well, you cirtanly have potential of being mod and i have witnessed most of the things stated above my post and I think you'd make a great mod. You seem to have very good intentions when and if you make mod. I'm positive that I can trust you in your decisions as mod and I trust that your judgement would be very good when it comes to the usual mod jobs. In otherwords.....You have my approval.

well, any applicant for mod woud usually be put in the mod poll with the other ppl we've selected....its kinda like u saying "hey i wanna b in the poll, even if u dont pick me 2 b in it, i want a shot"........the thing is......u were already 1 of the ppl i was gunna put in the poll xP

so what ill do is quote ur post in the upcoming mod poll for every1 2 see when we vote on it....it could have a serious effect on the voters

i will also of coarse say a paragraph about y i selected you, like i always do 4 the mod poll contestants

Very nice application, I see definite potential. It was very thourough and well-written.

let me put in some words of wisdom about what I think being a mod is about... now this is only my opinion but please take to heart the words I am to speak here,

being a moderator is more than having cool powers. It's a responsibility. becoming a mod is an induction into a world both big and small, small in the sense that you become one of the few in a group who's job is to keep law and order on the internet, a person who is to represent all that is good and decent in a place that is otherwise. and big in the sense the you must uphold the honor and duty that it curtails, being a mod is a nonstop job. you must make the judgment when to step in and what to say. choosing your words wisely and providing the best solution is key to keeping the forum a great place for all the other members.

I'm pretty sure you knew that otherwise you would not have applied for this job. Just remember if you do make it, you are one of the pillars that hold peace and civility, abuse your mod powers or give us any reason to doubt your abilities, I'm sure that Drew will be keen into having you removed from the position.

SoB, your a good person. every time we meet on the chatbox you are always sure that I get a hello, you always have something constructive to say and you have never made another feel bad. I'm confidant in your abilities, good luck with your application and if you don't make it don't feel like you are any less of a person, you are just as good as any person who applies for this same spot.

Yeah, when I looked up the IP for the post, it was one that he normally used. I assumed it was a sibling, but someone editing it was a possibility as well.
