-

-u must update the roster FC thread for that game regularly

-u must recruit for the game u lead on at least 2 other popular websites and show proof

-but, u must also be willing to plan and organize all of the wars for the game that you want to lead. that means:

-going to other sites to challenge, decide rules and follow up with the other clan later on 2, 2 make sure theyre still down.

-making a signup thread about the war time, and rules

-Scheduling a time that u know most of our best members can make it, which means u have 2 ask each one individually what times thay can make. send pm's, wait to see them on the chat, and sort it all out in the signup thread. we wanna give ourselves the best chance we have of winning, although its ok if we lose. as long as we gave it our all and used every resource we had then its ok

-advertise 4 ur game and advertise for ur wars u plan alot...try 2 get every1 PUMPED! basically what i mean is, when u see an MK player that u kno plays MK, make sure 2 invite them and tell them times n stuff (regardless of skill level, we need bakups 2) then after u invite them the 1st time.....mention it again EVERY time u see them.....keep ppl pumped, and reminded that theres a war soon. u dont gotta pester ppl....just b like "U STILL READY 4 THAT WAR?!?!?" ya kno like that

-going to the other clans site the day b4, AND on the day of a war to make sure they are ready and still planning 2 war us

-leading the war on the day of the war and making sure every1 shows up which means u have 2 BE ON THE CHAT HOURS BEFORE THE WAR and STAY THERE. (people will show up and leave if the leader of the war isnt there 2 tel them its still happening. u MUST b there long before and during the war to make sure everything runs smoothly and we do our best

-schedule AT LEAST one practice before the war and try 2 make sure every1 can make it. even if its right on the day of the wat, thats ok

-doing your best to protect the clans best interests from other clans that will try 2 take advantage and make you agree to sum bullsh**

think u wanna take all that on?
if u dont follow the rules and we have poorly planned wars and we keep losing as a result of it, u will b stripped of the Division leader rank

Meh. Being a leader is too much work, that's why I have never asked to be one xD. Oh and FYI, if you're going to recklessly demote S mods, I'm not included. I'm only the GFX mod with jurisdiction in the art section...and...GAAAH I JUST LOST THE GAME

i wish i was a mod. i mean, i have expierience as a mod. three sites, and an admin at one. ive been a good mod in the past. firm but fair, JUST LEIK MARY POPPINS lol. ne way..... i think i could make a good mod given the chance plus im onl litterally everyday
