Frost's Brawl Tournament

I edited this whole thing lol.

RULES FOR \" FROST''S TOURNAMENT OF LEGENDS \" cool name? i think so.

1: Characters : Im allowing all characters except the following to be in use: Diddy , DeDeDe , Pit , Meta , Yoshi , Game&Watch , R.O.B. and Bowser.

The reason for these banns is because they r mainly spam characters in my experiances and knowlage of BRAWL. Now I would very easily Ban Sonic sense he is a spam character as well but a Friend of mine here in WOA uses him and doesnt spam and I want em to join this. No Names.

2: Stages: Final Destination , and Battle Field.
Reason just these 2 is obvious. They r the only 2 regular stages that r used most in tournaments excpet probly B.F. There will be no Environmental Deaths. for those who dont know what i mean by that i mean things like (Spear pillars pokemon attacking u or Pikmen lvl''s monster things that eat u or the rain there,.)

3: Items: F%@# NO! IF U USE ITEMS IN THIS TOURNAMENT U R DISQUALIFIED! IDC IF THEY WERE ON AND U FORGOT TO TURN EM OFF, THE FIRST SIGN OF ITEMS IN A MATCH = A NO CONTEST AND THE DISQUALIFICATION OF THE PLAYER WHO USED THEM. THAT MEANS HAS THEM ON OR USED THEM STRAIGHT AWAY IN THE FIGHT.
Im not stupid, I know who here uses items and who doesnt.

4: NO SPAMMING. IM EXPECTING A FAIR FIGHT. U SPAM UR DISQUALIFIED!

AND FOR FINAL DESTINATION NO SPAMMING WITH SNAKE. HE HAS A SLIDE TECHNIQUE THAT PEOPLE EVERYWERE LOVE TO SPAM.

5: Main Rules: 3 stock , FD , or BF (competitors agree on which stage) no items. and last HAVE FUN.


6: RULE 6th set down. This is gonna be fun for me so ima type it in caps. Pay very close attention to this rule.....

IF YOU GET DISQUALIFIED U HAVE TO WEAR AROUND A SIG I MADE THAT SHOWS U GOT DISQUALIFIED ALL AROUND THE FORUMS FOR A WEEK. AND U HAVE TO POST EVERYDAY OF THAT WEEK TO SHOW IT OFF. Enjoy ( I''ll hav the sig up later sense im making it look as silly as possible.)

Winner gets a really PWNAGE Sig showing they were victorious.

I'M IN! If it's a 1v1, I'll gladly record and stream it.

Grim when u record and stream do u join the games and kill urself so that every1 else can see them fight? or do u just record ur own battles?

If it's 2v2, I record MY battles, and if it's 1v1, I join and kill myself so that I can get the footage of the other players.

So is this a yes its cool? if so great and yes its a 1 vs 1 but streaming is bull. unless u really want to go ahead but i wasnt planning on it. We can try the first match to stream but having all 3 people there might create lag. if it does no stream. Yah i said it too bad deal with it those who want stream. Don't let it be on a Sunday, Most people who wanna join in are christians and go to church for morning and night service(I don't get home til like 8 PM EST after evening service and til 1 PM EST after morning service and we leave for night service at 5 something PM EST
