So I was right about the removal of the flip feature and they took my suggestion of not using a stylus. Funny.
Anyway, I'll be looking forward to this, hopefully they somehow can improve the battery life.

Cool. But nonetheless, it's yet another system that I won't be buying.
I blame life. Not that I'd want it any other way though.

Re: Sony announces PSP2 " Next Gen Portable"
Im not buying this till sony stops beng dicks.
GeoHot ( The one who released the private key for PS3 and hacked iphone) went into trial because of sony.
they took away his comptuer everything.
We paid for the systems, So its ours, We do what the F%@# we want with it. All Geo did was try to enable something to use HOMEBREW
And then this kid released some thing to hack ps3 games and launch them as PSN. Which made Sony pissed. And now Geo is on trial i believe.

You have to understand that both parties have an invested interest into getting what they want and both have raised legitimate concerns. Sony isn't doing this just because it wants to be a prick to everyone, the ever present concern of piracy keeps most console manufacturers weary about people who modify their systems.Max wrote:Im not buying this till sony stops beng dicks.

I agree that there should be more freedoms when it comes to this, I objected to the fact that Sony removed the option to add an "other OS", and the fact that there is no evil that comes with self-modification, only evil intentions. However, companies just don't want to take that risk and historically these modifications have only paved the way for more piracy and a bigger loss of revenue for game developers and manufacturers alike.
I believe that in this situation, name calling isn't going to help. By making or not making a purchase, you cast your vote for that particular corporation, it is also a good measure that one has all the facts straight and that one remains relativity unbias towards the situation. Compromise is the best tool in disagreements and until something like that can be achieved, both sides will continue to butt heads. I can assure you though, that it is nigh impossible to stop people from modifying their systems.

PSP2, huh? Next gen portable? Yeah, I heard that too.
You can take this portable anywhere! To the movies! In the car! At your neighbor's house! In the shower!
Wait a second.
