daMuro Randomocity
I was bored with my tablet. These are both first attempts at them. So. Yeah. Don't ask. I randomly started taking an interest in these two.

Thanks guys. I still need to work on using it because I still don't have the steadiest hand in the world >.<

For one who claims to have unsteady hands, these images seem pretty neatly drawn to me. I also saw your font work on a previous picture (coincidentally another Pokemon picture) and it too looked pretty neat from what I could tell.Tal wrote:Thanks guys. Really? Aw thanks BA :D
Do you remember what picture it was? Because I don't remember which one I wrote in (hmm)
I remember from a while ago though I drew a picture of Jill and wrote her name but that was when I actually practiced a lot

There were actually a few others too, but you get the point.

Oh, those. I meant when I'm using my tablet I tend to not be able to write or draw with a perfect hand. In pencil and paper I can draw a lot steadier.
Sorry if I wasn't specific enough my first time saying it.

Well nonetheless, the drawings above are neatly drawn. My apologies for not picking up on that.Tal wrote:Oh, those. I meant when I'm using my tablet I tend to not be able to write or draw with a perfect hand. In pencil and paper I can draw a lot steadier.

What program do you use? I've noticed that programs that are made specifically for computer art are much easier to work with, and reduce the dreaded pen-lag. They also pick up my strokes much better than a basic Gfx program will, and have a lot of extra functionality and tools.

Lol. I used daMuro.
Otherwise I normally use Corel Painter Essentials 4, but for whatever reason my computer won't read the disc every time I try to put it in the CD drive. So I used daMuro.

Haven't heard of that one. How is it?Tal wrote:Lol. I used daMuro.

I usually use Corel Painter SketchPad, but I also have ArtRage, which is pretty cool, too. CPSP is more of a computer-graphic look, while ArtRage [awesomely] mimics actual art tools. I usually go for more of a digital-styled look rather than realistic, which is why I usually stick to CPSP.

It's a portal feature that Deviant Art provides: http://muro.deviantart.com/Grimblade wrote:Haven't heard of that one. How is it?Tal wrote:Lol. I used daMuro.

Personally, I'd say it's kind of useful.

Ohhhh, I see. I didn't know DeviantART did that. Cool. It's a nice basic drawing tool, as far as I can tell. Just a slight bit of lag with my tablet, but not too bad.BA wrote:It's a portal feature that Deviant Art provides: http://muro.deviantart.com/Grimblade wrote:Haven't heard of that one. Grim, if you don't mind could you send me the file or whatever for the Corel program you use?
I really could use it since mine doesn't work. If you can't get it to though, it's fine. Just a request.

Sure. ^^The whole thing is 74 MB, so I'd need a method of getting it to you. I have a working keygen and everything.Tal wrote:Grim, if you don't mind could you send me the file or whatever for the Corel program you use?

I'm not sure if e-mail would work. If it doesn't we could try TeamViewer. Even if you don't have it you can simply choose to run it once when you load the installer. It has a file transfer system on it.
