A Fresh New Start

this is a message to all gfx members of WOA specificly, and to WOA itself.

Woa has been through alot lately , having problems here and there with not alot of support to have those problems fixed. well that changes now. let me get to the point.

Back when Drew was here and there , there was an idea for XOA to be made and he wanted a new banner to be made for the site to display woa and xoa in one

people made banners and one was finaly chosen as you can see just by coming to the site.

well XOA isnt going to happen. And as members here see it as a loss, many consider it a great thing. subclans and branches and other ideas of the sort arent the best things to have and are going to be avoided. There isnt a need to have an xbox branch or a ps3 branch to woa.

Which is why the current banner we have right now is going to be removed and replaced with a new banner.

think : you joined a wii clan, i have yet to see a game for wii with master chief on it.

Banner Specifications:

1: It needs to have our name on it, WOA or Wii Ownage Army will work which ever works best for you

2: nintendo is our console so it needs to have all our games on it: Brawl, MKWii, GuitarHero/Rockband , and AC:CF

3: it needs to have WOA's theme: Dark Green and Black

4: it has to be the same size as the banner we have now


I myself wont be making a banner, so ive been allowed to be the person to choose the new banner after they've all been collected.

I'm going to make a topic just for posting the entrees, PLZ only post your banners in the topic not under this post.

Unfortunately i dont have the time to start working on a banner atm. if this is still up like a week from now i can start.

I really like new and improved changes, changes even as little as a banner excites me and makes me curious.
Hope the banner's the good one, though with all the great GFX Mods we have, there's no doubt it's going to be good.

Yeah it's a shame that XOA won't happen (even though I don't even have an XBox)
But the banner should be good. Imagine if we got all the GFX mods to add something or other to it, that'd be one epic banner

I think that you should have members vote on it rather than 1 person choose between them, that way you annoy a lot less ppl who think 1 might have been better than the one you chose, they would at least know it was a fair choice.

I was under the impression that was the plan we were going with, but if not, I agree that we should have everyone vote on the banner of their choice.

Oh that's right, well I agree then that it should be voted on democratically.

fine by me, when all of the entrees have been submited i'll make a global announcement about it for every member to vote on. itl be a priority sense its the banner to our site
