ok now idk if its just the site or something , but for some odd reason it wont give me the option to change my forum picture when i go onto my profile settings.

any thoughts or explanations? :scratch:

oh yeah, something just happeend jsut now =/ the scrolling bar thingy went faster, and it wouldnt let me click on a link ._.
