How to download Youtube vids in HD and HQ

I found a way to download youtube vids in HD or HQ when it has that option.

Click and drag these links into your bookmarks bar and when you are on a youtube video with that option it will...

HD - Spawn a download link under the embed code
HQ - Automatically ask you where to save the file

NOTE: There are 2 HQ links cause sometimes the first one doesnt work

Again just make a new bookmark with this code as the URL
