We need a new mod...

Ok well apparently when all of the Admins were somewhere else a noob attacked us...he was speaking spanish and spamming...(wow weird) and we were thinking that we need another mod...

I agree, I think we are going to have a mod poll soon.

Keep in mind that you will be more likely to be included in the running for a new mod if you reach rank 4.

but, 1 idk what a rank for me is 2 days, 2 days im gone and im left off the info train. and 2 how do you get ranked

im always on the chat, plus i barely see u come on.... i want to be a mod but i just wait to see wat happens.

bomb is right we do need a new mod, but u need to reach rank 4.... like he said, always watch the woa news so u know more.

a bit of advice, wen you see someone you dont like on the chat and theres no mod around, just click on that persons name and hit "ignore" it's a wonderful tool

i just find it great that wel..... im not trying to be rude but.....sephiroth you joined the caln not even 2 weeks ago u have 22 post and your going for mod i personaly aggree that IF there should be a new mod they need to be rank 4 and i also agree that we should have a poll but...i personaly think we dont need a mod ....its true there was someone who came speaking spanish but what if they wanted to join we coulda used a XAT trancelator to talk to him and sephroth its not werid that someone comes spaeking spanish beside english and french spanish is one of the most popular language..so dont call spanards weird or esle its a hate crime....

Just report these things to any of the mods/admins and if they feel that we'll need more mods they'll get on it. and yea, u could have used the translator to ask him to use it to understand him easier.

Well, if we DO indeed have a mod poll soon, we will be looking fr certain traits such as a good role model, kind, active on the chatbox AND forums, and things along those lines. The poll would only be for mod/admin vote, as we already know the traits necessary and who deserves the spot the most. Doing so is also so it doesn't turn into a popularity contest.

@ Shiki: You earn ranks by buying them from the clan store. There is a store thread AND a thread that tells you how to get points.

well that depends if they have a good reason all the time

i wont b making the new poll until sum1 steps up and earns it. Until some1 makes me WANT 2 make them a mod.

we've actually had an opening for like 2 weeks and ive just been hoping some1 would earn it, and i could see a few new possibilities now. But still, no1 has CLEARLY made me want 2 give it 2 them.

i made the mistake last time, of making people who were kinda qualified mods, then they didnt take it serious, did nothing, or became inactive. Then some1 comes along who REALLY deserves it and the spots full, because we settled for sum1else who is less deserving, and not as good of a mod

That's why we're strict on who actually becomes a mod. They have to have the right qualities and be able to handle having power. If they're someone we think would abuse power, they won't get mod. Simple as that.

ur right drew, i still havent found any1 who deserves mod yet but until i do, ill give u my opionion
