That's called a signature. You can put one up from the "Profile" tab at the top. If you can't make them, you can make a request for one at the Art Requests board.

And don't forget to go to "Preferences" in your profile and set it to always attach your sig to posts.

p.s. so that theres no confusion on the little part near the end that says "xbox sucks" this was made around the time wen the original xbox was first released.
