o i also use Norton Ghost as a supplement..

If my computer crashes and i cant log on,

I just load Ghost from a Disk, then recover my comp to EXACTLY the day it was wenever i made my last backup..

I had to use it 2 days ago and my comp was back to normal within 2 hours. I store backups on an external hard drive
