wii fit balance board ROCKS!

Ok so on the actual game wii fit, there are like 10 sweet mini-games....the rest is like aerobics and other exersizes, which i realize is gay (my girlfriend wanted it)

BUT....

The frickin "controller" (balance board) ROCKS!!!
That thing is amazing! you stand on it & i swear it knows EVERY move you make! like deadass....you cough, it knows!! it goes on weight distribution so if u move even a toe, it senses it. it can b used for anything from fast paced games, to sensitive balancing games or even as a car or drum foot-pedal like the drums in wii music!

now like i said, the wii fit game is mostly exersize with a few sweet mini games like skiing, snowboarding, labyrinth etc. but i can tell from those mini-games that this thing has TONS of potential!!!! it is the next step in virtual reality!!! they already have other games for it like shaun white snowboarding where they r actually REAL games that u control with ur entire body feet, arms & hands!! its one step closer to actually being in the game! wii's gunna have alot more games comin out that u can use the balance board for so i definetly reccommend it!

I haven't toyed around with it too much but I definitely see the potential of it. I can't wait for more games to come out that utilize it as I'm getting quite tired of seeing it leaned against my TV stand lol.

I can't understand you ripping on wii fit because "aerobic and exercise options are gay."
I don't care what anyone says, it's a great way to keep track of exercise and weight, and for those who have trouble creating structure in their physical health lives, it can help to hold a schedule.
And personally, I've lost nearly 6 pounds in a month, and that has motivated me to keep a healthy fitness schedule by going to the gym, and I can still use Wii Fit for balance and non-weight strength training.
So overall I kind of resent the "Wii Fit sucks" thing.

PUTTING THAT ASIDE:
I'm definitely looking forward to all the other options the board can offer.
Agreeing with Drew on his other point, Wii Fit really showcases a lot of depth and possibility for the board.
And I'm going to try to get Shaun White at some point. But not before I get the 11 other games I'm looking to get at the moment.

faustus im sorry if i offended u...you're totally right....i should have worded that a lot better. WiiFit is actually a great game for those who need it(cuz it srsly does give u a workout, and keeping perfect track and getting ur lil rewards would provide extra motivation)...... or if sum1 just want sactive games where you have 2 move. But the exersize part just is'nt my thing..i dnt need it, nor want it....the mini games r great tho!

....see the thing was....well, i knew ppl around here would probably look at wii fit just like i did b4 my gf bought it.....idk...like.....a boring exersize game. lol sry no offense...............so, i didnt want ppl 2 just write the balance board as just a wii fit extra.........i just wanted 2 concentrate on the board and not get negative views of wii fit based on ignorance involved in their judgement of the board


anywayz i still think THE BALANCE BOARD ROCKS!!! and i have shaun white now and its AMAZING on the balance board!!! Most realisic feeling game i think i may have EVER played man! i almost feel like i do when im really out there snowboarding...its great!

Balance board is the only reason I bought Wii Fit, I knew nintendo would take advantage of the Board's capabilities so it would be a good investment to make.
