Pikawar's Mod Application

um hi my name is pikawars as u know and i would like to become a Woa Moderator!
i think i should be a mod because i want to help woa alot, i help train for wars, help ppl with problems, and make contests or bets so ppl can earn some wd! since alot of flammers have been showing up lately
aside from that also making more new members and make woa more active!
anyway let me tell a little bit about myself um i am 13, i like to draw and paint things, i play basketball and i like to help out people who have problems with something.(yes i like to help :cheers: )
ive been here at woa for almost a month, even though i havent been here awile i already know alot about woa, almost half of the members, the clan events, The rough mages clan and all of our allies and enemys. so i know who to bann and un bann and all that stuff
so thats pretty much it, i hope i can become a woa moderator!

let me put in some words of wisdom about what I think being a mod is about... now this is only my opinion but please take to heart the words I am to speak here,
being a moderator is more than having cool powers. It's a responsibility. becoming a mod is an induction into a world both big and small, small in the sense that you become one of the few in a group who's job is to keep law and order on the internet, a person who is to represent all that is good and decent in a place that is otherwise. and big in the sense the you must uphold the honor and duty that it curtails, being a mod is a nonstop job. you must make the judgment when to step in and what to say. choosing your words wisely and providing the best solution is key to keeping the forum a great place for all the other members.
I'm pretty sure you knew that otherwise you would not have applied for this job. Just remember if you do make it, you are one of the pillars that hold peace and civility, abuse your mod powers or give us any reason to doubt your abilities, I'm sure that Drew will be keen into having you removed from the position.
I'd advise you to click on that spoiler if you have not read it from Slicks Mod application.
Anyway Pika, you had a rough start here but I think your improving. You contribute a lot of activity to the clan and you care about the policies of WOA. Although you're still a bit green to our clan and a bit like an unpolished stone, I think you could make a decent Moderator. If you don't get chosen as a mod then don't worry, just keep working hard and you'll have your chance sooner or later. Good luck.
