User Name Changes

I know this has been a problem in the past......
People changing their usernames without telling anyone. You could go under the general tab on the admin panel and disallow the user to be able to change it. All they'd have to do is post that they want their name changed to w/e. Then an admin manually edits it him or herself.

If you change your username and do not make a topic on it you will get one warning equal to a chatbox warning (10/100)

thats not cool at all i oppose of it but who cares what i think,
you should at least make an announcement if you havent already and give them a whole day to post the topic of their name change. or just say it in the Chat box taht they changed their name.
But again wheres the freedom in that.

theres freedom to change it they just have to notify someone.

what if they just tell you?

then i will make a topic on it. there just has to be a topic on it.

you just make a thread and make it JUST FOR PEOPLE who change their name NO ONE ELSE. that would be great

so thats how koy got a warning he changed his name without making a topic

no koy got it from spamming on the 2009 topic.
