New moderator, vote here! POLL

ok so i need a new mod and im settling this the best way we know how here in America....democracy!
theres just 2 many ppl who deserve it for 1 reason or another & i feel like if i pick one, im discouraging the others. i want all selections that i made that i think deserves a shot to know that i acknowledge & appreciate what they do for WOA & to know that even if you dont win, im keeping u in mind for the future

NOTES:
-please DO NOT vote based on who u like the best! this isnt a popularity contest. thats not what im looking for.
we need ppl 2 vote for the person who they think can fullfill the duties of a moderator the best. That is, friendly, active, and responsible and can problem solve. a bit of a leader. not who u like best, or even who deserves it most.........whoever will make the best one, thats whats important.

-also, i encourage all contestants to vote for themselves because i know some of them will and i cant stop it, but if all 4 of u vote 4 yourself, then the votes will cancel eachother out

Grimblade:
Grims been here everysingle day since the day i re-opened the site & posted about it at RM.
hes here multiple times everyday, & dosent just come & leave quick, he stays for quite a while when he comes. He's helped me ALOT 2 make sure the chat stays active everyday, especially in those crucial 1st few days of re-opening when i wasnt sure how things would work out yet. Not 2 mention active as hell in the forums. He posts so much hes even about 2 pass me =D (and that was when he wasnt even officially in WOA yet....hes been 3rd on top posters this whole time & wasnt even in the clan yet, only an ally) He's also taken the time to make us our own WOA facebook group which is good advertising & could get us new members =] also, the main things that are important to be a mod, hes very responsible and friendly. we cant have mods that are rude or offensive 2 ppl or would ban or kick them 4 no reason and i kno grim would never do any of those

Masaki:
Masaki was one of the 1st members to join WOA. We went 3 months with no chat & 4 members & when i joined i fixed up the site & started recruiting. masaki was willing 2 join a small clan & has been here ever since. He's here a few times a day and helps keep us active very late at night as well. any1 that comes here from 10pm-3am eastern is likely 2 find me and him here chillin, maybe playin sum mk. Hes also active enough on the forums to be in the top posters. Masaki does a lil off site advertising for WOA as well and like i said about grim, hes responsible enough to know how to act as a mod. i know that about both of them b/c they already do act that way. friendly, responsible and active

Valiant:
well, valiant has also been here since the close to the beginning of WOA, although he joined after we were bigger. he swings through at least once a day to say whatsup and also was one of the 1st ones to rejoin WOA when i re-opened the site. Hes also posts enough to b on the top posters which is crucial. mods have 2 post in the forums so they can stay informed. hes also friendly in a sarcastic sort of way but when something is a serious issue then hes serious too

Troll/Aozz:
Troll also was one of the 1st ones to join WOA. waay back when we were small, he was one of the 1st members i ever recruited and he was active in our small clan. hes always been very friendly and since ive restarted the site, troll has recruited FIVE new members! active members too not just ppl who join and never come back! no 1 has ever helped me like that and troll deserves alot of recognition 4 that. thankyou again troll :D u recruiting machine!

i voted for grim because he fits what im looking for best in every category (like i said not that u other guys dont do alot too )

hes the highest posting member with over 200 posts. stays at the chat for the longest amounts of time, everyday. Hes the friendliest and most responsible, and is a bit of a leader. he thinks we should all post more and he makes his voice heard about it! thats what i like! he also dosent like arguments & is always fair and knows how 2 treat people good.

also taking the time to make us our facebook page to get the clan some more notoriety is a big deal 2 me. THATS the kinda stuff we need our higher up members to do man! if ALL our current admin and mods did some advertising & recruiting then we'd blow up huge! but sadly, not every1 takes the time and care to do things like that 4 that clan. i know that for grim thats nothing 2 him and he'll happily do that and more!

basically hes helped me sooo much since we restarted to keep us active so that helps him 2 deserve it, AND he fits the way a mod is supposed 2 act perfectly.....friendly, active as hell, and cares enough about the clan to do extra stuff 2 help make this a better place. that means he deserves it AND is qualified. The other contestants have some of that stuff 2, but grim has all of it


just for the record, i wish i could vote for all of u, i really do. but sadly, there cant b that many mods :( theres only 1 opening at the moment & i have 2 vote 4 the best choice we have right now. like i said, i think u all deserve it and if u dont win, trust me ill keep u in mind for next time and your day will come to be a mod 2

every year we vote who the next leader for a year should be.......

I voted for grimblade, because he was a big part of helping the clan restart... all the others are worthy candidates for moderator tho

masaki is one of the old WOA members and was always active and played games. i vote him

grim, he is a nice guy i dont hate him lol hes ok

I actually think ima change my vote to valiant simply for being loyal and active

but it doesnt look like its going to matter
