Pokémon Platinum (need help choosing)

ok guys i have the arceus that came out yesterday in japan.
im working on its moveset

the moveset it

judgement
earthquake
ice beam
recover

now judgment's type along with arceus' type changes depending on which plate its holding. what i need is a good type for judgment.

any suggestions?

If i were to choose i would probably do fighting type.

i'd say maybe fire, dark, fighting, ground. stuff that generally do alot of damage

hm... im thinking about just keeping it at normal type. because normal only has one weakness which is fighting. and the moves i have that normal is weak against would do normal or super effective damage to.... hm... i need 2 update my trainer card now my team is complete 8D although i might replace raquaza...

normal isnt super effective against anything though, so you'd kinda be gimping yourself. dark's only weaknesses are bug and fighting. bug pokemon are hardly used imo, fighting = same weakness as normal. You'd also be able to pick off any ghost or psychic types easily

Well. Normal isnt super effective againsty anything. Sableye and Spiritomb make it useless to use it as a normal or fighting, r phsycic type, fire weaknesse are water, ground and rock, flying is electric, ice, rock, Fighings weakness is flying and phsycic, Spirtomb and sableye have no weakness what so ever, Bug's weakness is , flying and fire and rock. Dragon is super effective aganst it... Now remember SPIRITOMB AND SABLEYE HAVE NO WEAKNESSES

Spiritomb doesnt have wonder guard. Spirtomb is dark and ghost. meaning no weakness. same goes for sableye

For example. Normally fighting would be effective against dark. but scince its part ghost. which fighting has no effect. it wont effect wether its part dark or not. or ghost would normaly be super effectve against itself. trust me i know. but scince it being part dark. it makes it normally effective. Normal. should i even have to explain, flying..... normally effective to both. dark usualy would be super effective against ghost. but scince dark isnt very effective against itself. it makes it normally effective

Wonder Guard only works for Shedinja. in other words shedinja is the only pokemon with wonderguard. Wondergurad only works if ur pokemon hits it with a super effective attack against what ever pokemon type the pokemon with wondergaurd is. Shedinja is part bug. i forget the other, scine fire beats bug. its super effective and will hit. oh ya its bug and ghost so if u hit shedinja with say shadow ball (my fav ghost move) its super effective and will hit. Shedinja has only 1 HP so ............. shedinja is useless and usefull at the same time if u know how to use him

i'm referring to spiritombs with wonderguard a.k.a hacked spiritombs, a.k.a wondertomb. i know how pokemon types work, i've been playing since first gen. You brought up spiritomb and i remembered the video that showed firefang beating wondertomb.

Hacked spiritomb phail. I only use hacked pokemon i hacked from other games to help my pokedex on Platinum now XD

well your right its not super effective against anything. but its not very effective against rock, steel. which eathquake can take care of. im not nessecarily looking 4 a super effective judgement. this arceus is ment to survive. i use him as a last resort pokemon. the only counter i can think of against arceus with a normal type is a bronzong with levitate. as i said b4 arceus is not a sweeper but a wall

it can also have fire proof which stop a fire attack from KOing it it can take fire damage but it wonnt KO it

there is no Ability such as Fire Proof. but HEAT Proof yes. all it does is half the damage fire attacks do to bronzong and half the damage it takes from Burn. Heat proof does not prevent it from being koed from a fire attack go here if u do not believe me:

I would choose fire typed arceus it pwns!

Personally I don't rlly care for arceus. i mean its great and all it can be an All Natural Flying type withouut being a dual type flyinga nd w/e but,...... Arceus just doesnt appeal to me. but it is a cool pokemon in a way

But yes I love arceus I want the event arceus so i can get dialga or giratina in Soul Silver :p What i want to know is when the jirachi event is gonna be held. Its an event for Soul Silver and Heart Gold

make it fire cause u already have moves that are good against some types but u need a fire type for the others

Yes Pal Park. but thats mostly home caught non hacked pokemon. just about 99.9 percent :D i will use my Diamond hacked pokemon to do what ever else my GBA games has no use for no more on the Pal Park
