New Forum Games Setup

Well, after a lengthy discussion between the admins and mods, we have come up with a simple plan to control all the spam that has been going on in the forum games section. We have decided to keep 5 or so forum games open, and keep the others locked. I will switch the games out every-so-often with new ones, which will control the spam AND keep things fresh.

I have also moved some of the topics that weren't really games to different sections, and archived the spammish games, which we will most likely never see again.

And this has already been approved by Drew, and I have been put in charge of keeping up with and doing this.

Well, you'll notice that there's 5 or so games that are currently accessible. Every few days, I will lock the ones that are unlocked and unlock 5 more, so that there's limited games accessible at a time.
