Sony hacked AGAIN?

I don't think it was a separate attack, Sony has just come to realize that more than just PSN users info was stolen during the initial attack.

It's a real shame though.

i know what you mean BA. A lot of psn users' info was compromised to hackers. I hope nothing too serious happens

i herd it was group cal anymous(i think i mispelled it) that hacked PSN But you never know who was =/

There are conflicting reports regarding the group Anonymous' involvement. A 'spokesperson' for Anonymous said they we're not actually responsible for the data theft. I am however using the word spokesperson lightly here because Anonymous isn't really a single entity. It's entirely possible that other hackers, whether related to Anonymous or not, acted on it's own accord.

Edit: btw, if it was anon, they wouldnt be afraid to say it was them. They dont give a crap honestly, if they said they did it, they did it cause they arent afraid of saying that, and if they didnt, they didnt

It seems like everyones getting hacked. PSN got hacked twice, Xbox Live is getting hacked left and right, and Wii, well obviously its the easiest to hack.

There has definitely been a raise in abuse in recent months, last year alone was probably the worst it's been.

As in, never use correct information. Sony/PSN thinks i live on HamChicken Street 1901potato. They also think my email is EmailOver9000emailcom
