Halo 3 Trip Mine and Man-Cannon glitch on Narrows

I think I just discovered an unknown glitch :D while doing Narrows in Forge, if u grab a trip mine and hop onto one of the man cannons, then just after u begin to decent to a landing, press X to throw the trip mine. the mine will fall then suddenly slow to a hover, as will you. the mine will then begin moving back towards you, and might hit you, but won't kill you. as it flys back, you will as well, and soon you will land on the side you came from as if you just were shot from the opposite Man-Cannon. don't believe me? I'll post the video I took once it's on youtube. I feel so achieved :face:

Thats not a glitch its just game delay that follows you after you release it coming out of forge mode.

yeah but it's still effin sweet. I annoyed my friend with a rocket launcher doin that. got 3 kills until he shot a Mongoose from the man cannon as I was coming over. I died upon impact XD

it's not about the glitch. it's how you use it in the game that makes it worthwhile
