Hehe, being in Dallas, I was at this convention and I saw this costume! And no, BA, he was standing on two legs sometimes, but most of his walking was on four legs. I admit, though, it was an amazing costume.

Turns out the person in the costume was a girl. And the description said this wasn't in Dallas. I need to question that a bit, Panth... lol

Maybe it was the chick with the giant handmade Toothless plushie that was at the convention here and all decked out in warrior garb. xD Regardless, that's great.
