It's an unknown timer for something. (a game)
The clock glowed and rewound back to the beginning. This could have something to do with Zelda: Majora's Mask, because in the game, you have to start the time back to the very beginning to stop the moon from crashing into Termina. Also, the the three triforce-looking pictures on the clock could represent the 3 days.

hmm maybe
but the clock in MM wasnt a wooden clock it was a small half circle on the bottom of the screen
