resident evil, resident evil code veronica x, basically any resident evil game, ZOMBIE ONLY, that recommends to fix the lighting to make everything more dark and spooky,
dead space, eternal darkness, silent hill 3 or 4, any silent hill game lol,

But honestly...Resident Evil and Left 4 Dead.

Pretty much any survival horror game for those wanting to be freaked out, and perhaps Majora's mask or Luigi's Manson would also be a good choice.

Majora's Mask is ALWAYS epic. :D And it actually does correlate to Halloween with the masks and all.
