If it's that necessary to have on the site can you at least put it in with the scrolling code.

I saw that too, but I'm not 100% sure who put it there, or if it was even any of us who did.

It had to be an admin. Forumotion doesn't have links like that. .tk only has links on top of pages. It wouldn't be that since I use woaclan.forumotion.com

It kinda ticks me though.
