Well when i play an RPG.

If i find a very strong weapon i keep it if its like level 70 or something.

Then when im that level im prepared XP

Trust me. In Dragonfable i had to use a level; 15 Sword till i remembered my Flamestone Blade (level 19)
Tis very helpful till i get a level 20 Sword of the Amulet.

The weapons in Mabinogi have no specifications to use them, aside from race. However with equipment, some is restricted to certain genders or ages.

Hmm...it would depend on the value of the Winter Newbie Wear...I have no idea of its value because Alexina is newer and doesn't have them. The prof of the armor and size of the diamond would also play a role.

Well, I'd need to know what KIND of plate armor to begin with, lol. And Dragon Crests are from Soldier gach or Blacksmithing, but I usually see some cheap ones on the housing board.

Your best bets at your level would be Alby and Ciar. Ciar is where I did most of my training as a beginner, and then Math, and then the more difficult dungeons.
