Not sure if I already posted this, but it is one out of a couple that I have done recently as commissions for people (mostly family, because hell if I'm going to work 15 hours on something for free for a stranger...who isn't my professor.)

Did this one a year ago for my uncle (it's my cousin there) and look at that I didn't even take a picture of the finished edition: note that the hands aren't drawn yet.

Only God knows why I didn't take a picture of my latest one of my grandmother. I'll have to get a picture of that too. Anyway, just showing my progress in free hand drawing outside of cartooning.

Thanks guys! I should put up my latest ones too. Although my very latest was kinda a rush job...but whatever. The reference images I had on hand were dubious at best.

Oh wait! I can share these!

In the last Game Jam (48 straight hours of pure game making craziness) I proved to be the only one on our 19 man team who was good at art (despite being in the Design major - this is not art) so I got drafted as the single artist for the game. It was a dungeon crawler that was great...until one of the programmers failed to follow naming conventions and broke 60% of the game in the last 30 minutes before deadline.

Mind you that I had only around 30 hours to do all this (plus animations, tiles, effects, HUD, and the like) so frankly it isn't my best work. But I like the aesthetic here.
