People changing their usernames without telling anyone. You could go under the general tab on the admin panel and disallow the user to be able to change it. All they'd have to do is post that they want their name changed to w/e. Basically it allows people who have mics to speak to other people with mics. There was a small version where you could use it on the same page as a chatbox so that you could talk and the people on the chatbox could hear you. It may slow down the page or have other problems and may be attacked by spammers but if you want to hear someone else's voice without the wiispeak then that's one way to do it.
